Back when I didn't follow this general rule, I got burned once or twice even by providers that had decent reviews.

I go in and always do a LEO check first thing. I ask to see some of her goods and we both do a grope to show we aren't pigs. Then after that if they ask for payment, I show them I have my money ready and explain that since we haven't seen each other before I would like to pay after and I usually hint that I will throw in a tip if she makes the date special. I do believe a few years back, I can't quite remember exactly, it was either a department in Hawaii or one on the west coast that had to change their internal policy of allowing officers to go to "completion" in a jack shack and still make the arrest.
