I do believe a few years back, I can't quite remember exactly, it was either a department in Hawaii or one on the west coast that had to change their internal policy of allowing officers to go to "completion" in a jack shack and still make the arrest. I kid you not, it had to be the best assignment for LEO in that particular department. If you google enough, I'm shure you can find the articles about it. I actually saw it on the news and laughed my ass off. It was within the last 5 or 6 years.

I did not phrase that well, he did said that girls that he has seem multiple times he pays upfront. For first time he says he always pays them at the end. That is pretty much the opposite as how things go with me, many times with girls I have seen and have good comfort with we just get going when I arrive and pay before I leave. I guess I should have asked what girls allowed payment at the end the first time he saw them when they did not know each other. I'd rather hear if from him than to try and decipher things from reviewing his history.
