Butterfly J had rented a room from this hag, the house you're referring to. I asked J about her after seeing her ad. I actually contacted her before I inquired. Agreed. I've had to wait outside about 15 minutes for each of my 3 visits to her. Never have I waited in the parking lot of her actual hotel. You're just asking for something bad to happen that way. And you are absolutely correct. When you look across the 3rd floor from the stairwell, it honestly looks like a game of whack-a-mole with shady characters constantly in and out of rooms, people cracking their doors just to poke their heads outside and crackheads galore!
