Butterfly J had rented a room from this hag, the house you're referring to. I asked J about her after seeing her ad. I actually contacted her before I inquired. Agreed. I've had to wait outside about 15 minutes for each of my 3 visits to her. Never have I waited in the parking lot of her actual hotel. You're just asking for something bad to happen that way.
