Most of the ads have the right wording, but I really wonder statistically how much of it is true, IE, experiences by hobbyists at such places. I suspect that I am not the only one who has beed lured to such places, only to see 1) the masseuses were old and / or ugly, and 2) service was, at best, sub par.

There are 3 reviews with HE only and claims that these are fake reviews. Don't know why. The reviews are average at best.

Have been driving by this place for a couple weeks now, she has a great smile, is very pretty, nice tight body. Therapist was amazing, kind and very skilled. She had strong hands applying the correct amount of pressure. It was so relaxing I even fell asleep for a little bit! I came out completely refreshed. Recently I was texting a number from an ad on rubratings and was given an apartment address in the Roosevelt neighborhood. Later I was given an apartment address in Bellevue that corresponded to the address often given by the Chinese Fuckery group. I told them I wasn't going to Bellevue and they went back to the Roosevelt address. When I got there they gave me the real address and it was just Aroma Valley Massage. I was told the masseuse would be in her early twenties. I'd guess early 40's would be more accurate. I wouldn't repeat. I get the sense that they just shuffle ladies around between massage parlor and apartment, but who knows, maybe the talent at the apartments is better. In general, it's not wort the risk for me. And before my inbox gets blown up with questions about services, let's just say you won't get what you're looking for unless you're looking for the absolute minimum.

I'd almost guarantee that the address in Greenlake that you're being given corresponds to the massage parlor next door. The benefit of confirming price and service with the booker is that you won't have to wonder if there's going to be more than just a massage. The downside is that there's an above average chance that the experience will be crappy. Personally, I'd scratch a different itch. On the other hand, if you TOFTT, let us know how it goes.
