Seems like a lot of these social programs don't work. People end up finding ways to make money off the program and the underlying social problems don't get addressed.

Precovid these haircut places where charging 6 dollars for a haircut. Now it's about 10. Still much cheaper than what barbers are asking for where I'm from,(15 in trenton) From what I seen most of them are Vietnamese owned.

Such a shame. Seen her a few times. Seems like she never really had a shot. She said her dad took advantage of her and her sisters. Makes me sad for all the kids who grow up in Kensington and never have a chance to get out.
