Pictures are all of the same girl, but without any good face shots to do a decent image search, I would guess. The variety of settings for her pics, especially the one of her in the head of a boat indicates some catfishing. Do you see at the top of the screen were it says page1,2,3,4,5,6? Under where it says "last" (last page) look for "Search Thread," click on that and then enter her name (Shelly) and you will get some returns.
