This person seemed too good to be true and I fell for it. Didn't listen to any red flags. Asked for a deposit first. Then ask for the donation. Then asked for more than the donation. Managed to set up a couple of appointments with Jenna before Christmas, she was very nice and had some nice conversation starters before getting down to business.
