Saw Tera this week and honestly I was not impressed. I personally feel that Tera's FBSA are all lower than Coco's.

There was an Audrey at Kangels and one at Lolipop. You might be thinking of the Audrey at Kangels.

As for no CIP, I guess technically that is still in line with her allowing BBFS (and thus the extra $100). CIP is, of course, better, but CIM at the end would still be OK.
