Hi Mandie, if you were already considering moving downtown and can pickup a nice place for your budget, then I would suggest doing it. If this is something that you're contemplating to expand your clientele, my advice would be to take the tour approach first and see how that goes before jumping into a move. Many guys are going to find a reason to * and complain about something. I know that parking downtown can be pretty tricky if you're not familiar with the area.

The Holiday Inn on Boardwalk in Ann Arbor (South State Street) is nice. Close to I-94, Briarwood Mall, restaurants, etc.
