I've seen her at lease a dozen times over the last few months. I can tell you this The communication is not the best The apartment is in the hood on a busy street on the west end of Hartford. If you go to the top of the STG screen, you will see a box labeled "More Search Settings" Open that box and open the middle box that has Ethnicities in it. You can select what kind of ads you can see.

It was on the first floor so that was good. I already had exact change in my pocket and locked all of my other valuables in the car. I drive a ford which has an outside keypad so I even left my keys in the car. I really didn't know what I was going to be walking into..
