Pretty sure they are not the same. Ltlv Young has BBFS available. And voldemort young only GFE.

Vegas KGirl agencies have always been 300 GFE in, 400 pse in. Their outs have varied. It used to be 400 GFE out, and 500 pse out. But recently LTLV seems to have gone to 500/600 out. I'm not sure whether VAC has made this jump too.
