Filters give pics a softness to the pic. If it seems out of focus but somehow still in focus, that's a filter trying to smooth out the skin but still look normal. Well I'm probably going to be called a white knight for this but here is my experience. Since FreeToPlay gave me her info. She may not respond right away but witch one actually does? You can usually look at it and see it looks enhanced. Why I always ask for unfiltered picture.
