For what it's worth, the person answering the ad texted me that it was her "sister" who was using her phone, and that her sister was in the hospital with Covid, and that the family doesn't know how to delete her ad. You can interpret this as a "whatever" .

She often had as many as three ads posted at the same time but hasn't posted anything for around 12 days. I also haven't received any texts, which were at least a twice a week occurrence, looking for me to help her in a few weeks either.
