I do think this is overblown tho. I can't think of any place in Cleveland or Akron that is all that dangerous. You need to be more concerned with cops than the residents. I got a letter and shredded it. This was in a different state with much more advanced and aggressive enforcement. today they dont even do that and a situation like that would never come about, most departments are simply too overwhelmed with other shit now to be that petty.
