4. Add them to your "Ignore List".

If you ignore that person can talk shit about you, your posts, your utrs, and everyone but you will still see it. If it was block it would be great because they couldn't see your posts to comment and would be as if they didn't exist. Just ignore not so much. If it was block, several people on her would never see another post nor would anyone have to see the stupid shit they post.
