Maybe the main problem some members are having is not with the bugleboy shit in particular per se. It seems that the bigger problem might be all of the frequent, constant activity being generated on the rants and raves section of this site every day that bothers some members, whereas in comparison there is little to no activity coming from the other, more important sections of the site which are more relevant to the hobby.

A whole lot of Capital District hobbyists have posted to voice frustration over the lack of quality providers in the region. Some years ago I can remember that there used to be reviews flowing rapidly on this site from day to day, and hearty at-length discussion on all sections of these forums about mongers interactions with providers-both good and bad. Not so much any more these days-for various reasons.

As the years pass and the overall quality of providers in the area gets worse and worse and becomes more and more dangerous, some mongers might have maybe forsaken the hobby altogether in search of other, more gratifying pursuits.

As a result, there may be less and less real reviews on the boards. Throw in an active and contagious deadly virus, a severe level of rising crime in the streets of our region as well as nationwide.

(particularly murders, shootings, etc), an severe economic downturn, record rising unemployment and other factors which hinder participation in the game.

Idle hands and idle minds sitting at home because of any of the factors I mentioned above (either after work or not working at all-for whatever reason) will always spell trouble. The internet is the perfect breeding ground for those looking for trouble.

Thus-trolls like bugle are born. This is part of life in the 21st century if you are anywhere on the internet. There is simply no avoiding it. We have a choice, though. We ALWAYS have a choice.

We could choose to deliberately allow them to enrage, anger and upset us and LET THEM disrupt our lives, ruin our participation in the hobby and spoil our mongering activity.

I am not going to do any detailed analysis as to what exactly is being debated here. Who cares? Looks like some posters are saying new I'd's are from bugleboy and others saying treebark. Doesn't seem to be anything remotely to do with main purpose of this site.

A2-if you are reading this. The top part of the threads, with the exception of this one, are all "Reports" where people report on and discuss various sexual encounters and activities. The bottom half are User Blogs, from which this whole rants and raves section started but for some reason was moved up. Why not just move it down to the bottom, making it easier to be ignored, just like various other blogs are. Then the primary author (s) can rant and blow off steam to their hearts content, and just be ignored by others? Just a thought.

I have no idea why this section was moved. I was gone a while, came back and it was on top. I said "oh, ok" and moved on. I figured there must be a valid reason why it was done.

(or it would have been left the way it was) so I didn't bother to question it. Above my pay grade, and not really a priority for me since the hobby itself is just entertainment for me and not life and death.

I understand the need for a rants and raves section. Look around the internet-I mean, really look around. Particularly on forums where open discussion in even still fucking allowed these days.

No matter where you go on the internet and / or what is the subject of discussion, there will always be those who stray off topic. It is to be expected. People are passionate about certain subjects and have various differing opinions about them. And-they want their views heard. Tomb is right, though-a lot of the shit discussed in this section has absolutely nothing to do with mongering.

Its a safe bet that just like the majority of us, A-2 and the people who own this site all work for a living and can't monitor this site 24/7 365. They should not be expected to.

A group of grown adults ought to be able to handle things here without calling in A-2. Some members here don't read the rants and rave section at all!

I'm just saying. Not telling anyone else what to do. But-that IS an option for those who find the content of the rants and rave section objectionable.
