I noticed the same thing. It seems too blatant to be a mistake. If you are single and have no connections to the seller or set up a dummy account it can't hurt to start a dialogue that is clearly suggestive but not overtly creepy. Maybe something as simples as "I don't know why you are selling that top, because it looks absolutely incredible on you. ".
