I have been sitting on the sidelines watching all the brouhaha. I had a wonderful visit with here last night. I'm a fan, a big fan of Kelsey. I see her several times a month, if not more. I'm confused. Either you've never had a bad visit, which while possible would be rare.

Or you don't do reviews of bad visits.

Or you do a review of a bad visit and send it to the provider who asks you not to post it so you don't.

We need fair and accurate reviews of all providers if we are really trying to help one another. If not then it really is like yelp and of little use.

Sure I've had bad experiences with providers, who hasn't. I do ask if they mind if I review and I'll send it before I submit it.
