I don't know if it's really her but you can see whoever cut themselves has done it in the past from the scars. Someone could have mistaken healing cuts for track marks but track marks are generally more like a mix of bruising and a smaller scab.

As a man who battled depression for a long time, she should confront her own problems like an adult like the rest of us do, not go after innocent people.
