If you want them to be genuinely attracted and want to put yourself in a situation where you're paying them to leave: 1. Confidence (not arrogance b / c it's a huge turnoff), sense of humor, personality. 2. Physique, physical fitness (don't have to be musclebound since lots of ladies like lean profiles), and good looks, 3. Success and money coming in a very very close 3rd for most.
