You're not far off senior status. Make good posts that contribute, and you should have no issues getting UTR digits.

Agree with Bob Jones here. Melissa was a sweetheart when I met her over 6 years ago and she still is today. She has great skills, her donation is very reasonable and one monger who saw her for the first time recently said she gave him the best BBJ in his life. That is high praise and well deserved.
