Momoko was here briefly and might not return, but I figured I'd share my experience to give another data point for MP's overall quality level. My pic, name, birth date, and issue date is enough info to do almost anything but get a mortgage. It's absurd to even request it and I felt stupid for even providing my name and picture.

I just noticed some of these places require it in order to schedule an appointment. Aren't you afraid it will be used against you or if somebody who shouldn't gets access to your PII?
