The old guys with their $$ in the market are propping this up, along with crypto, IMO.

Inflation is going to keep driving prices higher, IMO but the good thing is the boomers are going to die off soon so.

The 300 dollar girls pre covid are asking for 500. It is supply and demand and there are men willing to pay that so that is that. I am not one of those guys.
