Its been a while, but I have picked up in Cape Coral a handful of times over the years. At one time there were a few girls down by Coronado and Miramar, there was inexpensive housing there. I don't check often, but haven't seen any action there in a long time. Usually my Cape Coral pick-ups were mostly just a woman out randomly, sometimes looking for money and a ride to score in Ft Myers.
