Since it's a big topic, my 2 cents. She is a healing massage, or a yoga massage, and I make a personal health and wellness spa day when I have an appt. The massage itself is an opportunity to focus on those muscle groups, breathwork, etc.

As far as the hobby goes, I am the type who is disinterested in pushing a social boundary or the 'excitement' of it all. I tend to seek out no-nonsense, professional type providers and see the hobby from the perspective of my overall health and well-being (of which sexuality is a part). I'm at that very end of the spectrum. I dislike sexual attitudes and mis- (education.) in the US for this reason. Not that I don't like raw sexual excitement, just that I tend to look for that outside the hobby.
