Further south there's a place that closer matches the description. Strip mall with Chuck E. Cheese (8425 Reseda Blvd), which has 2 massage places in it I can see: TY Wellness and Reseda Thai Massage 1.

Also, at the last place (BZ Massage), when you got 4-hands, it sounded like you paid the room fee twice. So the total cost was roughly 2*100 + $60) = $320. Is that correct?

Nothing was asked or offered by masseuse. Everything was natural and occurred mutual consent. Did I leave everytime free of all stress build up, no, but the stress areas were thoroughly massaged. Did I leave stress free on one or more occasions, yes. As I said, not a typical HE shop, but also not what I would refer to as non-erotic. Really good massage, all areas addressed. You'll be asked to fill out form (basic name and number, any avoidances) and if you prefer hard or soft on first visit. Use your standard fake name and burner number (they will send appointment verification if you schedule ahead once you find a masseuse to your liking). Most spoke good English, however neither one of us hinted at extras. Things happened naturally and all areas were taken care of. Don't go expecting a jack shack, you'll be disappointed. Not explicitly offered anything. However, I did have an extensive massage in that region. Rub an area long enough, accidents happen. The amount of attention varied by therapist. As for BZ, yes. That is correct. House x2 then negotiate with each on extra service when time comes. I had two gorgeous 20 something ladies and my facial area as well as my midsection were serviced by both. The massage as I said was surprisingly really good as well which also made it easier to justify the tip when all was said and done. A piece of helpful information though, the sign and entrance are in the back, so I understand if you are only looking in front how it could be missed. Park in back. For me, Panda was OK. Massage was more pushing for 5-10 minutes, no actual massage per se. On the flip, wide menu of options available. Panda would be adequate in a pinch, but you all had better options in the area that I still wanted to try. Wished that door opened opposite and then it would not be an issue. All other rooms are private. As you enter and lay down, a masseuse will start. Shortly after, another cutie will enter, massage you in the right places (assumes you are wearing your birthday suit) and ask if you would like 4 hand. I had two drop dead gorgeous women and said yes. 2 x house fee. Got a first rate massage here as well. Maybe not quite certified level, but not far from it either. This place is in the back of a busy two story shopping center off Ventura in Encino. The old place was a legit shop, so it'll be interesting how all the other shops respond to the stream of guys they will undoubtedly be dealing with.
