How do you know what they'd issue? You're relying on a "Jr" to keep you safe when they literally have all your information right there.

Tried to see this girl / male police officer as soon as I knocked on the door they came out another door behind me and cuffed me. I was quiet didn't say anything but was nervous. I didn't bring any I'd with me cause I never bring anything more than money condom and baby oil. As they were running my pockets I was thinking if they really had anything on me and if I could argue my out but I said in text "BBBJ " And I had money and condoms so I didn't try. One of the cops told me they are just cite me and let me go. So they started asking for name, address, vehicle, and phone number. Now mind you I had no I'd at all so the cop was really going off my honest word. I told him I didn't know my dL number or plate number and neither is on the citation only what I told him which was name, address, birthday, and phone number. My question is could I have got away with making everything up to him and what do I have to expect with this citation. Can I just rip it up and be done with it cause they don't have my license plate or dL number?

They have your name, address and birthdate. They don't need all of that other stuff to find you. If you were going to to get out of it it would have been when they asked you name address and telephone number. Helps to have all of your lies memorized and made up in advance. If they verify your info and come up that you are fibbing. Name rank and serial number from that point forward.

To each his own (of course) but should I ever find myself in the situation RayPrince describes here's my plan: (1) ask to see a badge and related identification only a cop should have (and that doesn't look bought online or self-made); (2) if the badge looks real, only thing they'll hear from me is "lawyer"; if it doesn't look real the only thing they'll hear from me is nothing at all and I'll wait for a uniformed officer to arrive. The way I see it as scary as things might seem at the time in the long run saying nothing at all can't come back to haunt me when I later claim early onset dementia is responsible for my being at the notel late at night with condoms in my pocket and bounce in my step. . .

RayPrince, I'm 99% sure these were not cops. No police agency is going to rely solely on the suspect's word to identify themselves. You could have given them anybody else's name, phone #, and address. It's not like no one else has done that before. So if the cops can't I'd you with driver's licence or other I'd, real cops will accept your info as provided but will also, at the very least, photograph and fingerprint you.

What I think you fell into is an elaborately planned extortion scheme set up by some brazen people who plan to scare a bunch of dudes into thinking the cops have a sexual offense case against them. The cooks, I mean crooks, will then give these men a few days to marinate. I. e. Think about how screwed they will be when their families find out. After a sufficient time has passed, these men will be primed to pay anything to make it go away.

You will likely get a call in a few days asking for a check, but not for a realistic government agency like fine of $200 or less, but for a highly exorbetant one of something like $2,000.00 to have it "expunged from the record" or you will face arrest. How many men do you think will choose the latter?. None.

If they do actually get around to calling you, pick up the phone and just play along while audio recording everything. And be prepared to ask them questions this time. Who do you make the check out to? What's the agency? What's the name of the person who heads that agency? What's the official phone number of the agency? Info you can confirmed through google searches. Crooks would not have this information straight and will make it up or just resort to ignoring your questions & just threatening you with arrest. Bottom line, I think you are just fine and consider this a nice little twisting of the balls to help you reset your MO for the future.

If they let him go then they were crooks I think I remember the officer saying once they give me my paperwork they will give him his and get him out of there I can't remember that but I do remember another officer being asked by him if he's getting towed and the guy said he didn't know yet. Now the guy he asked did just walk in the room so he didn't know he has coke but the guy was pleading to have it thrown out cause he had a record and was going to prison so they definitely would have arrested him and not let him go. Another guy here mentioned that and an attorney I spoke to said that doesn't sound correct as far as how I will be contacted either. I hope you're right but I find it hard for these guys to waste money on 2 rooms making all this noise disturbing the guest at a Hyatt. But now that I think of it maybe it is possible. These guys had bulletproof vest and one guy looked like a Gi joe action figure and the other day I was thinking if they are when busting guys buying pussy they must bet be doing call of duty air raids for real criminals. Not my first post and not even my first time here. You don't know who I am so no need to post count my account and feel like that bruh. All I'm saying is that more of these chicks are running game on people and its way harder to know whos legit. Its weird to say otherwise.

I posted on this account previously about some chicks and I still haven't gotten any greenlights on them. I will continue to ask those questions until I do. Texted her and got a response with in 15 minutes. Got the donation QV. 6 Hhr. 8 Hr $. 5 asked if pictures were accurate she said they were taken a couple of weeks ago. How long does it take for a bench Warrant to expire? I was really afraid dog the bounty hunter was going to knock on my door but I looked it up and bounty hunters get involved when there is a bail not paid. I'm seeing different expiration dates for bench warrants in Georgia. The longest is 2 years the shortest time is 90 days which I highly doubt. I stay out of trouble and really only leave the house to go to work, gym, get something to eat, and hobby but I'm done with this for at least a while. I'm thinking about banking on nothing coming up on ray prince jr and only something coming up for regular ray prince if I happen to have my info ran by a cop. I know you guys probably don't advise it but all I need in response to this is how long does a bench warrant take to expire in Georgia and if the jr on my I'd will keeps me safe if ran through a cop computer. With the back log of court cases now I wouldn't be surprised by not getting a court date on the spot. Not sure about money actually have to exchange hand either. If you ever watch cops tv show they never exchange money, just agree on the girl doing something for money. I am also not sure how much that actual ends in a conviction either.

I'm cited for pandering which doesn't require exchange of money.

Get a lawyer this week. It is always embarrassing, but you need a lawyer.

Let the lawyer give you direction on next steps. The hope is this will be a misdemeanor, you pay the fine, the lawyer asks the the to recommend the charges be dismissed without prejudice, and you go about your life with no record. You were not carrying drugs, (hopefully) it is your first offense, and the courts are backlogged with more serious issues.

The total cost will be (best guess) 3 K- 4 K, maybe a little more, including the fine itself. It will be worth every penny!!

That 3-4 K is very steep for me I'd hate to have to tell my parents about this and have them help me but that would be the only way I can afford that. Do you know how well a public defender will do in this case? That's really what I want is to just pay a fine but I'm thinking worst case scenario, like the judge wants to make an example out of me or something. Even 2 days in jail I can't do so I'm thinking just to be on the run and hope nothing on ray prince jr comes up. That jr thing is really all I got.

So I'm looking at the citation now. And they have my real name, address, telephone number, vehicle year make and model but that is where it stops. No license plate number or driver's license number. With a clear head now I feel like I'm good to act like this never happened at all but let me know guys.
