I was in the area and decided to go check out Serenity. Yeah, I don't think it's a well kept parking lot and can understand the ghetto reference. There were suspicious looking people sitting in their cars (maybe waiting for their pizza or their appts at the spa) and yes there were some large dumpsters near the building. LOL. Looks like the business next door runs AA groups (saw signs about AA) so it can be awkward if there's lots of people hanging around outside the door for group. I went in and was greeted by Ruby. She's cute, friendly and asked if I wanted a massage. I asked if she does massages and she said yes. I don't like 30 minutes sessions, and definitely don't want to pay $100/ hr HF either. I wouldn't call the outside ghetto by any means, rather an older strip mall. There is no graffiti, garbage or bums hanging around. It's simply an older strip mall, but your description of the inside is pretty much on point.
