I've heard at least two reports that this service is notorious for an expensive, big tease build-up and nothing more. Is this one any different?

I've tried charm twice, once last year when they first moved after the bust on 92nd in west Allis. Went from a L2 place to a SS on Oklahoma. I wasn't impressed. I went again last month after seeing numerous reports and them advertising on stg and again, ss. 60 for the door and I'm not tipping if they are going to just squirt oil on me and make me do the work. I did not experience a massage with an ass, but I did get that treatment when they were on 92nd.

So what's the verdict here? Is charm actually a good L1 or SS? I noticed LA has gone down hill too since the 3rd room opened up.
