Why do you think that LEO wouldn't put that in an ad? If they are going to put up an ad I would imagine they would mimic other "legitimate" ads.

I can see them putting it in ad. However, I would be more concerned about someone being a scammer. I'm not saying this ad is a scam but it does mention Cash Ap as a form of payment. That is always my first red flag. If I were interested I would do a pic search. Phone number search came up empty.
