I usually build a decent relationship with them and tell them we are going to go out for cocktails or stay in and have some. Usually if they are comfortable with you they will let you they are staying. I never pay more than 350 $ most of the time 200-300 don't over do yourself! Hard to say. If she is new to the game and you have a connection you can do an overnight for normal ppm price. I have had that happen several times. I have posted this in two other places, not trying to spam. Anyway, I figured I would really start documenting things and having fun.
