Which Highland Spa. One of them is the old 4 Seasons in Renton. It is still there although reviews are being posed under the original name of 4 Seasons again for some reason.

Typically most work with a greatly reduced menu. If you tip upfront most will not refund a portion of the tip. Overall it makes for a very disappointing time making one feel like they have been ripped off. On a rare occasion have found a few that will say something upfront and offer someone else instead.

I've been there 3 times now and every single time it's the same Yen / Jen saying she doesn't know Jessica or April.

She's pretty tall, about 5'8" and has a deep voice for a woman. Slanted but big almond shaped eyes.
