I have been to MM a few times, whenever I get to Orlando which is not as often as I would like. Anyway, I always ask for who I want. Kiko let's me know if there is a wait and if the wait has gotten extended she has updated me and has of course offered other choices if I don't want to wait. I have not had her get upset and I am certainly not considered a regular, yet, but I will be. When I leave, Kiko has always seemed to be interested in making sure I had a good time.
