Brooke offers a yogassage (sp?) session that is pretty awesome. It's a yoga session followed by FBSM. I recommend 90 min for this if you really want to have a real yoga session. You can find her on PD I think.

The ad is very similar to the group with Honey, Leena, etc. In a familiar building in Pt. Loma. There aren't many positive reviews with this group other than Reyna when she was there.
