This is good feedback actually. The irony here is it was a brand new number. It's also possible the previous owner or the fact there was no history caused issues.

I don't know. You would have to do some digging. The girls who care a lot about screening are the same ones who are reluctant to give out the information about how they screen. They have forums too, but they don't show up on a suface-level google search like all the posts on this website do.
