They are not new. It is Sunrise Massage Spa and those are stock photos. Guarantee they are not the line up there. I was there a few months back and had 2 ladies in late 40's.

"Grand Open". Looks like IMO a run of the mill place. Nothing coming up for me at the usual spots when I run the phone number. I do like sampling new places though.
