If you have a healthy immune system, the molluscum bumps should eventually clear on their own, it's not like herpes viruses which can remain dormant ("sleeping") in your body for long periods of time and then reappear.

Lysol wipes are a bad idea and can actually increase your risk, just rinse off with water ONLY not soap and then dry off with a paper towel (don't scrub just gently pat to dry). ANd peeing after sex only helps to prevent UTIs, not STDs, during sex, bacteria can get into your urethra, the tube that carries urine out of your body. That can raise your chances of an infection. When you pee, you flush those germs out.
