Downtown spas charge more because they mostly get out of towners like traveling businessmen or even celebrities who don't mind throwing money away. Not worth it. I think this might be common knowledge, but I stopped by New You the other day and pulled Tiffany. Never had any luck here in the past but thought I'd try again. Same story.
