Look at the wording, grammer and style.

I don't know if this is someone using a voice to text program (I say this because where it says dick it think this should be dad), a semi-illiterate or intentional to provide the appearance that it is a real person.

If it is a scam how will they morph it next?

I searched the number and don't see anything, area code doesn't match with either here or the area she said she is moving back from (not that means a lot with phone apps).

I called the number and received an automated v / m.
There are no similar posts in SJ or for Landiville if stuck. Hell I am on my way to the shore later and would stop there as the area is not that far.

The AMP's are more appealing.

If you look at AMP prices over the last 10-years, or even 10+, prices only increase 20 dollars, 25 tops.
