Most places have the standard towels in a warmer. From what I have seen they put the rags in a bucket of Bleach and water to soak and then launder them when it's a "full load"........... I know Angela in Watertown just had one installed a couple of the smaller ones I have seen the combination units........... Think on Massachusetts paper is used more so more likely to get changed.

It's very evident at Washington St in Newton. The bathroom has a mini-washer and right next to it is the bucket with the used towels soaking. On a couple of visits, the mini-washer was running when I used the bathroom. Of course, paper on the tables, and throw out after the session. No fears of anything being used that was unsanitary.

In my experience, no one actually offers it. You ask and offer a compensation in the 250-300 range and they may reluctantly let you do it. It does not really depend on how long she knows you.
