Further, there was no derogatory narrative about him in her ad.

The provider has since corrected the picture as it appears to have been an accident on her part or by phone gps or location functions.

It's (Sammy Sicilian, 213-545-5908 an LA number) odd that there's no mention of the doctor in the text of the ad. Usually when there's a dispute, the provider or handler will state a reason. Certainly, the name on the pic is easier to do than typing out the motivation in the ad narrative. I can't imagine it's accidental either.
