I was on SA for two days with a brand new acct and paid for the $99 premium fee. Got banned After several emails back and forth and having my virtual visa gift card customer service dept reach out to them, and speaking in a rational, respectful way and asking for evidence of my inappropriate language, they finally relented and refunded me. Here's what they wrote:

I'm with DynoJr. That's of zero help. What's the issue with sharing negotiated arrangements if you never ended up following through?
