I would have done the same, and here is why; after I made the post and while it was waiting for moderation, I reached out again to see if an incall was possible now that she was back from casino, presumably. No big deal; disposable phone numbers from Text Now, G-Voice, Text Free, etc. Get recycled constantly; so it's not unlikely another provider had the same number and LC associated it to the number and pulled it into the ad.
