At most places it is just the difference in time. On very rare occasion I have have been told it is only one pop for the half hour vs two pops when you do the hour.

Most places they prefer you do the Half, especially if the place is busy. They want you in and out as fast as they can. Both the house and the girl make a lot more money seeing 2 guys doing back to back half hours vs one guy for the hour.
