I think that's the same lady you're talking about. She's got blonde or dirty blonde hair. Possibly all black bicycle in front of marathon on unity, Hispanic, wore I think all black clothing. Saw her talking to her female friend. She was calling her name. Not sure what her name was. I think it was in Spanish when she called her.
