Are the days of the 1 Jackson BBBJ gone in Miami?

I'm finding it very rare if a SW agrees to 20 these days. If they do, they're super bitter about it and it's probably better not even moving forward with the deed with them because it will be pretty mediocre. Even 1 Jackson plus 10 they're kinda scoffing at these days.

Anyone remember the "Pink House" that used to be off 79 and 2X? Ever since that closed I can't find a replacement. There used to be another house in the area I used to frequent for a 1 hr room but those were my crazy drinking nights so I have no idea of exact location LOL.
