I don't disagree with what you said. But I'd say that Raleigh as a whole has seen a lot of solid job wage growth plus everyone moving here increasing demand. Housing is hot for anyone that's been here a while. Stock market is hot for anyone that's been investing. There are a lot rich old dudes with more money than sense.

I totally agree. I think people will always have different experiences and it's healthy to share each perspective. At the end of the day, you have to call this what it is.
