I will say that I've been going BB for a very long time. In my years, I have caught chlamydia once, at a long standing agency up in LA. It really was a notable thing because handfuls of the providers in the agency for either let go or put on leave for quite some time until it kind of blew over.

In general I would say Kgirl hygiene is top notch, but it's the hobbyists who are questionable at times. Your risk is monumentally lower with a Kgirl than if you were to pick a cheaper independent escort or streetwalkers. As with hobbyists though, their tastes vary and you never know who is meeting who. Kgirls might have set clientele, but their clientele might be off banging street walkers bare (I've only read about one who was seeing both, usually they stay in separate spheres).
