As for this "prepay" business apparently you can pay them months or weeks ahead of time and then just TRUST that she will follow up with you once she comes to your city. So imagine you send one of them 100 dollars. And then next month she comes to town, somewhere amongst that time this girl will tell you to come over for your dream session. Now she already has your money, so you aren't giving her anything. You just expect her to honor her word and do what she promised. If that ain't a scam I don't know what is.
